Technical Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Warsaw, Tbilisi, Chișinău, or Minsk. Remote work is available; hybrid/on-site options are available in Belarus and Moldova. Remote B2B work is available in Georgia and Poland.

What you will do

• Translate business objectives and regulatory requirements into scalable technical product solutions.
• Define product strategy, write technical specifications, and manage product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and engineering teams to deliver secure and compliant products.
• Improve fraud-detection and compliance systems through analytics, machine learning, and data-driven approaches.
• Lead Agile delivery by writing user stories, managing sprints, and driving continuous delivery.
• Support the design and delivery of complex, backend-intensive systems using APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management or technical product roles.
• Experience building products in risk, fraud detection, compliance, or security.
• Strong product discovery, problem-framing, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience delivering products through the full lifecycle and leading Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
• Working knowledge of APIs, SQL, data pipelines, and technical specifications.
• English at C1+ level.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of fraud vectors, mitigation strategies, KYC, AML, OFAC, or GDPR.
• Experience with regulatory requirements in fintech, payments, or identity verification.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Looker, Amplitude, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Go, .NET, or Python.
