Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid; must be located in one of the US talent hubs: New York, San Francisco, Seattle, or Miami

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 annual base salary, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the Watchlist Screening and Monitoring product.
• Translate market trends, regulatory changes, and customer feedback into product priorities and requirements.
• Improve individual screening, monitoring, name matching, data coverage, scalability, reliability, and platform integrations.
• Partner with Data Science to develop next-generation data ingestion technology and machine learning systems for real-time matching.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance Ops, Sales, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams to deliver product plans and support enterprise customers.
• Use SQL, analytics, competitive analysis, and compliance research to guide prioritization and product decisions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably with compliance technology, AML or sanctions screening, identity verification, or ML-driven products.
• Familiarity with AML/BSA regulations, sanctions screening workflows, or financial crime compliance.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and machine learning model behavior; able to review technical specifications and write SQL.
• Experience analyzing recall, precision, hit rate, false positives, and other screening performance metrics.
• Experience working with compliance buyers, financial institutions, or enterprise customers in complex environments.
• Must be located in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, or Miami.
