Product Manager II (Fintech)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States (hybrid); 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Translate organizational strategy and customer needs into roadmaps for B2C and B2B features and experiences.
• Lead backlog prioritization and align customer experiences across channels and touchpoints.
• Analyze product metrics and performance data to identify opportunities and deliver business insights.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and influence product strategy, change, and prioritization.
• Prepare product documentation and provide stakeholders with product knowledge and technical context.
• Guide indirect team members responsible for implementing the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on an Agile Scrum team.
• Experience with product management, software product lifecycles, roadmapping, and agile methodologies.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with business stakeholders, UX teams, project managers, and developers.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Agile certification required.
