Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, any location; convenient downtown office in Chicago

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize strategic lending projects with Risk, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, Bank Partnerships, Legal, Finance, and other departments.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and support scalable solution design and implementation.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and business cases through launch, monitoring, and optimization.
• Use data and A/B testing to improve conversion, approval rates, funding, customer outcomes, and portfolio performance.
• Identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities across underwriting, fraud, pricing, servicing, collections, and customer support.
• Use AI tools for research, requirements drafting, data analysis, and prototyping.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in financial services.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects and aligning multiple departments.
• Experience writing requirements and supporting or leading decision engine or technical platform implementations.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, strategic communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in Risk, Marketing, or Software Engineering.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools, including LLM assistants and AI coding or analysis tools.

Nice to have

• Deep experience in consumer lending.
• Ability to write SQL.
