What you will do

• Manage and lead a team of Business Development Managers, including recruitment, task assignment, and performance tracking.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for media, entertainment, and audio development services.
• Manage own portfolio of clients and generate new revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client partners to qualify leads and manage opportunities.
• Support account management and client relationship activities.
• Represent the company at trade conferences and events.

Requirements

• Location: Based in the US (preferred) or UK
• 10+ years experience in sales for localization, accessibility, audio services in media & entertainment or video games.
• Proven track record managing business development teams and meeting sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills at senior executive levels.
• Degree or Master in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
• Willingness to travel as required and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
