TL;DR
NOC Engineer (Telecommunications): Handling and resolving customer and network-related issues while monitoring services and solutions with an accent on technical support and troubleshooting. Focus on mobile technologies, IoT, and effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Location: Hybrid mode with options to work night shifts from home

Salary: 1900-2100 EUR gross

What you will do

  • Handle, troubleshoot, and resolve customer solution and network-related issues.
  • Communicate with customers and distribute tasks within the organization.
  • Monitor products, services, and customer solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate incident handling with internal teams and vendors.
  • Document all issues and resolutions in detail.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Degree in Telecommunications or IT (studies can still be in progress).
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in mobile technologies and IoT.
  • Previous experience in technical support and troubleshooting in mobile technologies.
