Senior Software Engineer (AI/ML)

Location: Fully remote, candidates must be based anywhere in Poland

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end product implementations through delivery to users.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define requirements and technical designs.
• Engage directly with clients to understand business goals, give demos, and debug production issues.
• Communicate progress and challenges while working in a dynamic environment.
• Perform code reviews and cross-feature validations.
• Mentor colleagues in areas of technical expertise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, release management, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns, scalable system architectures, tooling, data structures, and algorithms.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience with relevant technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, .NET, Python, Golang, Rust, Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, or Swift.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, crypto, mobile applications, or architecture redesign.
• Exposure to cloud platforms including Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure.
