German-speaking Forward Deployed Engineer (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Work directly with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage, integrating and optimizing AI solutions.
• Build features, MVPs, applications, and scalable tools using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Design and iterate on AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcription optimization.
• Manage APIs and third-party integrations to support customer use cases.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams on tailored solutions.
• Prioritize multiple projects, iterate from customer feedback, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• German-speaking with excellent communication skills for customer-facing work.
• Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python.
• Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.
• Experience managing APIs and integrating third-party systems.
• Independent, ownership-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
