What you will do
- Define and continuously improve IT knowledge management strategy aligned with ITIL v4 and KCS v6.
- Manage the knowledge article lifecycle ensuring quality, accuracy, and accessibility.
- Lead technical writing and content quality assurance for IT knowledge assets.
- Promote a proactive knowledge-sharing culture and train teams on KCS practices.
- Manage knowledge management tools like ServiceNow and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Analyze data to drive process improvements and optimize self-service.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Metro Manila, Philippines
- 3+ years in IT Service Management with leadership in Knowledge Management.
- 3+ years hands-on experience in Systems Administration or IT Support; ServiceNow preferred.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification required; advanced ITIL and KCS certifications preferred.
- Strong English language skills with technical writing and content quality expertise.
- Experience with ITSM tools and knowledge management platforms.
