What you will do

• Lead University Programs by planning and executing university recruiting strategies and building strong relationships with partners.
• Champion Early-Career Talent by attracting and engaging top university and early-career candidates.
• Support Recruiting Operations during non-campus seasons with scheduling, sourcing, and candidate management.
• Source Great Talent through multiple channels to build diverse pipelines.
• Build Scalable Systems by improving recruiting processes and implementing tools and automations.
• Enhance Employer Brand through events and content marketing support.

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruiting experience with familiarity in recruiting tools and strategies.
• Ability to build scalable systems and improve recruiting operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build connections.
• Collaboration skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located in or able to work on-site in San Francisco.
