What you will do

• Own project schedules and track execution with engineering teams.
• Track project milestones and manage risk mitigation to align with management strategy.
• Refine Work Breakdown Structure and build execution schedules with team leads.
• Drive internal signoff with engineering and coordinate cross-functional efforts (Front-end, Back-end, Operations, Product Engineering, Test Engineering).
• Facilitate cross-business group collaterals and delivery handovers.
• Define and drive process frameworks for efficient execution and quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• Experience in SoC development life cycle (Pre-Silicon to Post-Silicon, New-Product-Introduction to Release-To-Production).
• Experience in an engineering role within an SoC/ASIC development team, understanding execution flow and interdependencies.
• Proficiency in schedule development, tracking, and reporting with industry standard tools.
