Location: Hybrid (Denver, CO)

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000

What you will do

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Global Customer Success organization.
  • Develop scalable engagement programs and digital touchpoints to promote best-practice adoption.
  • Design and implement tactical playbooks and enablement tools for Customer Success Managers.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to identify global growth opportunities.
  • Track and monitor core Customer Success metrics to drive proactive action.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of CRM-centric customer success or account management experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving global customer success objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of selling software and the SaaS industry.
