Customer Solutions Engineer (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Support Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams as a technical expert throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to CXO- and VP-level audiences at major enterprise accounts.
• Translate client requirements into practical solutions and implement them through Proofs of Concept.
• Prepare professional responses to customer RFPs and RFIs and position hirify.global technology against competing offerings.
• Coordinate Proof-of-Concept logistics across partners and conduct Technical Account Management activities for key accounts.
• Travel regionally for client meetings, marketing events, conferences, seminars, and Proofs of Concept.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Customer Solutions, Pre-Sales, or Sales Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience with Application Performance Management and AIOps.
• Experience using or administering an APM tool such as hirify.global Geneos, hirify.global OP5 Monitor, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Nagios.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows administration, software installation, technical troubleshooting, networking, databases, and query languages.
• Programming or scripting experience with Shell, Python, or Java.
• Business-fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Capacity Management, Digital Experience Monitoring, ELK, Cloud, or Microservices.
• Application support experience in financial markets.
• Mandarin or another Asian language.
