What you will do

• Lead technical presentations and demonstrations to CXO and VP-level audiences.
• Analyze client requirements and design practical solutions.
• Support sales throughout the sales cycle as a product and technology expert.
• Execute Proof of Concepts and coordinate logistics.
• Respond to customer RFPs and position technology competitively.
• Conduct Technical Account Management for key accounts and travel regionally.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Customer Solutions, Pre-Sales, or Sales Engineering roles.
• 1+ years experience with Application Performance Management (APM) and AIOps.
• Experience with APM tools such as hirify.global Geneos, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Nagios.
• Knowledge of Capacity Management, Digital Experience Monitoring, ELK, Cloud, or Microservices is advantageous.
• Linux and Windows administration skills for software installation and troubleshooting.
• Programming/scripting skills in Shell script, Python, and Java.
• Business fluent English required; Mandarin or other Asian languages are a plus.
