What you will do

  • Coordinate product launches across internal teams and external partners.
  • Architect systems that streamline manual processes with automated workflows.
  • Develop scalable feedback loops between support, product, and engineering.
  • Prototype quickly using tools like ChatGPT and Jupyter notebooks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on launch goals.
  • Identify risks during rollouts and propose solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project launch coordination.
  • Proficient in writing production-grade code in Python, SQL, or similar.
  • Experience in developing internal tools and workflow engines.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Prioritize exceptional user experiences for internal systems.
