What you will do
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and technical support.
- Drive regional sales by nurturing existing accounts and developing new business.
- Build and manage a high-potential sales pipeline to exceed targets.
- Deliver tailored solutions in filling, freezing, thawing, and single-use applications.
- Provide on-site product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with project management to meet client specifications.
- Represent the company at trade shows and customer visits domestically and internationally.
- Maintain accurate sales records using HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience selling bioprocessing equipment or related technologies.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship.
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel (50–75%), including international trips.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
