What you will do

  • Maintain and map complex organizational structures and develop relationships with executive-level stakeholders across all customers.
  • Drive retention and growth through upsell, cross-sell, and new business acquisition.
  • Develop and execute strategies for continued growth.
  • Utilize strategy and insight-led selling to uncover new opportunities and strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer teams to ensure dedicated account-based selling to global accounts.
  • Work with hirify.global Channel Partners to ensure preferred relationship status with respective advisories.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience at the enterprise/strategic level within the Financial Services sector, ideally selling Compliance or Risk solutions.
  • Understanding of sales methodology and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in a solutions sales role within a software, services, or consulting organization, selling compliance solutions.
  • Ability to influence key decision-makers throughout the sales process.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding client relationship management skills.
