Location: Remote, must be based in the USA

Salary: $200,000–$350,000 OTE per year

What you will do

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market organizations in the Financial Services sector.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve sales quotas.
  • Execute a verticalized Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for accounts within your vertical.
  • Collaborate with the SDR team and Marketing to improve overall lead quality and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Provide insightful input to refine messaging, positioning, and Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from discovery calls to negotiations and deal closures.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to enterprise and mid-market clients within the FSI sector.
  • Proven background in solution selling and ability to position and articulate value-based solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools, especially Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
  • Proven expertise in MEDDPICC qualification and buyer-centric sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability in multithreading sales cycles, building compelling business cases, and coaching internal champions.
  • Must pass a police background check to be eligible for employment.

  • Experience with AI-driven sales enablement or intent data tools.
