What you will do

• Lead data governance initiatives and collaborate with data engineers and scientists.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, lineage, and profiles.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Mentor data quality analysts and advocate for data governance.
• Design and implement a robust data control framework using AI tools.
• Identify process improvements and proactively manage data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in data governance and analytics.
• Strong experience with SQL and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and data management concepts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
