What you will do
- Lead UCC support operations across EMEA and APAC, ensuring consistent service delivery aligned with global standards.
- Manage support for executive meetings, town halls, and hybrid events with high-quality technical delivery.
- Oversee regional teams, staffing, vendor coordination, and AV system maintenance and optimization.
- Drive testing and implementation of new AV technologies and integrations.
- Partner with engineering, operations, desktop support, and product management to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
- Supervise and mentor regional UCC support staff, promoting accountability and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work in London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in AV/UCC support with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Proven global team leadership and cross-regional coordination experience.
- Strong AV technical skills and expertise in MS Teams, Poly, Neat, and SaaS collaboration platforms.
- Experience with Service Now and ticket escalation management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
