TL;DR

Senior Business Analyst (Business Analytics): Develop and maintain Sales and Finance tools and dashboards using Power BI and Databricks with an accent on data modeling, visualization, and advanced analytics. Focus on designing real-time KPI monitoring dashboards, troubleshooting technical issues, and enabling data-driven decision-making in sales and finance.

What you will do

  • Lead in-depth analysis of Sales and Finance datasets to extract key business insights.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI for real-time KPI tracking.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, standardization, and cleanliness across systems.
  • Use Python for data analysis, automation, and application development.
  • Develop and manage solutions with Databricks and Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work on-site in Pune, India
  • Professional degree in Data Science, Data Analysis, or Computer Science.
  • Experience or knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM).
  • Proficiency in Power BI report creation, including advanced DAX formulas and data modeling.
  • Strong SQL skills with advanced query techniques (CTE, window functions, joins, subqueries).
  • Python fundamentals required; advanced skills are a plus.
  • Experience or willingness to work with Azure Databricks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in enterprise database design and concepts.
  • Advanced Python skills.
  • Knowledge of AI and Power Platform troubleshooting.
