What you will do

• Lead and manage integration projects following recognized project management methodologies.
• Coordinate efforts across internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee technical planning and scope definition for payload technologies and system integration.
• Manage project performance, risks, issues, and changes to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business development initiatives related to OEM and system integration projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or relevant technical field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of Defense and/or Space industry standards and project lifecycles.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Eligibility to live and work in the EU.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and experience coordinating subcontractors.

Nice to have

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience with system integration, R&D projects, LIDAR, robotics, and payload integration.
• Experience with supplier management, budgeting, and proposal development.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
