What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to design and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Identify and transform ambiguous workflows into repeatable systems.
• Lead architecture design discussions focusing on performance and scalability.
• Own projects from discovery to deployment, including client delivery.
• Build shared infrastructure and internal playbooks.
• Coach and mentor mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in Python and ML/LLM frameworks.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Strong product and system design instincts.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
