What you will do

  • Lead and grow a global business development and client partner team to exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement best-in-class sales and relationship management practices.
  • Execute sales functions personally and guide team members in their accounts and leads.
  • Set operational standards for sales processes including CRM and compensation.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team on deals and career growth.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to advance overall growth.

Requirements

  • Must have extensive sales leadership experience in custom software development firms.
  • Executive presence and strong leadership skills.
  • Deep technical understanding of software delivery and commercial structures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Hubspot, and Google suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for sales opportunities.
