What you will do

  • Develop and execute product lifecycle management plans including introduction, extension, and end of production.
  • Create and maintain business cases from ideation through launch.
  • Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Service teams to manage offerings.
  • Prepare sales enablement tools such as presentations and product demos.
  • Manage pricing, discounts, profitability, and volume forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; Electrical Engineering preferred; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, strategic planning, or marketing.
  • Experience with Lithium-Ion Batteries, VRLA, or Battery Monitoring preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop cross-functional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
