Americas Product Business Manager (Finance)

Americas Product Business Manager (Finance): Coordinating the Americas product platform across Product, Investment, and Distribution teams with an accent on pipeline management, strategic alignment, and stakeholder connectivity. Focus on optimizing KPIs, executing business strategy, and managing executive-level reporting for boards and committees.

Location: Hybrid (Downers Grove, New York, or Atlanta). Must be based in the USA and able to work in the office at least 4 days a week.

Salary: $120,000 – $155,000

What you will do

• Manage the Americas product pipeline across various asset classes and client channels.
• Develop management reporting and KPI tracking aligned with the Americas product business strategy.
• Prepare and manage strategic presentations for the Fund Board, IVZ Board, and other management committees.
• Lead internal communications and manage agendas for leadership team meetings and town hall forums.
• Oversee seed and co-investment capital for Americas products.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, including Business Continuity Management and OGSM tracking.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in technical and leadership roles within financial services.
• Strong professional understanding of the asset management industry and private markets.
• Ability to communicate complex topics persuasively to executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• MBA and/or CFA certification.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
