What you will do

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for Predictive Controls in alignment with company strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to design and launch new features.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to drive customer adoption of new products.
• Coordinate with Implementation and Operations teams for successful product delivery.
• Analyze performance metrics to make data-driven product optimization decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a product manager in SaaS or enterprise software companies.
• Deep domain knowledge of the US utility industry, demand response, and Grid/Edge DERMS systems.
• Familiarity with optimization, data science problems, and the DER ecosystem.
• Ability to work with technical design concepts, APIs, and database querying.
• Must be located in the United States.
