What you will do

• Drive product profitability and performance by managing the short- and long-term outcomes of the product portfolio.
• Create and align the product vision and roadmap using market research, user needs, and business priorities.
• Lead PI planning with team resources to prioritize the roadmap and maximize business value.
• Identify product gaps and enhancement opportunities to build the case for new investments.
• Partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to accelerate speed to market.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics to identify trends and drive strategic progress.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software product management, preferably within the fintech or banking industry.
• Location: Must be based in the US to work from the Atlanta office.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT management, computer science, business, software engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience defining large-scale solutions for multi-tenant infrastructure and PaaS cloud environments.
• Proven ability to develop product roadmaps based on market analysis and abstract customer requirements.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills for interacting with senior management and key partners.
