What you will do

  • Self-source and develop pipeline within UK enterprise and public sector accounts
  • Execute consultative sales strategies for data warehouse, lakehouse, and AI database solutions
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with deal values of £100K-£3M+ ACV
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineering and partners to deliver proof-of-concepts
  • Build relationships with UK systems integrators and channel partners
  • Coordinate with EMEA teams to support cross-regional opportunities

Requirements

  • Must have 5-10+ years enterprise B2B software sales experience selling database or data platform solutions
  • Proven track record of 100%+ quota attainment with £100K-£3M+ ACVs
  • Experience selling into large UK enterprises and FTSE 250/350 accounts
  • Strong consultative selling skills with technical buyer personas (CDOs, CTOs, VPs of Data)
  • Ability to self-source opportunities and build pipeline independently
  • Knowledge of UK public sector sales and procurement processes is highly desirable

Nice to have

  • Early-stage startup experience as first UK rep for a data/infrastructure company
  • Familiarity with UK GDPR and data sovereignty requirements
  • Existing relationships with UK systems integrators
  • EMEA sales exposure and ability to work across time zones
