• Collaborate with experience lead to align business priorities and identify focus areas.
• Engage with marketing and client services teams to understand customer needs.
• Partner with user experience designers to develop solutions that improve digital client experiences.
• Translate business and technical needs to technical partners.
• Support technical partners throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay current on industry trends and share insights with product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in business and systems analysis.
• Experience gathering requirements for front end client experiences.
• Preferred experience with Figma, Miro, and Jira.
• Strong critical thinking and judgment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
