Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Clearwater/greater Tampa Bay area

What you will do
- Manage and coach a team of 8-12 Account Executives to achieve consistent quota attainment.
- Conduct regular 1:1 sessions, skills assessments, and development planning.
- Maintain high-visibility pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and deal progression analysis.
- Provide hands-on support in complex customer negotiations and objection handling.
- Monitor team metrics daily to identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching.
- Oversee hiring, firing, and promotional decisions for the sales team.
Requirements
- Must be located in the greater Tampa Bay area.
- 2+ years of experience managing sales teams in a high-velocity environment.
- Deep expertise in closing techniques, prospecting, and sales cycle management.
- Proven ability to inspect pipeline discipline and drive forecast accuracy.
- Strong leadership presence with the capacity to motivate and hold teams accountable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications.
- SaaS sales background in SMB or mid-market segments.
- Cybersecurity industry experience or professional passion for the space.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
