What you will do

  • Manage and coach a team of 8-12 Account Executives to achieve consistent quota attainment.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 sessions, skills assessments, and development planning.
  • Maintain high-visibility pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and deal progression analysis.
  • Provide hands-on support in complex customer negotiations and objection handling.
  • Monitor team metrics daily to identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching.
  • Oversee hiring, firing, and promotional decisions for the sales team.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the greater Tampa Bay area.
  • 2+ years of experience managing sales teams in a high-velocity environment.
  • Deep expertise in closing techniques, prospecting, and sales cycle management.
  • Proven ability to inspect pipeline discipline and drive forecast accuracy.
  • Strong leadership presence with the capacity to motivate and hold teams accountable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications.
  • SaaS sales background in SMB or mid-market segments.
  • Cybersecurity industry experience or professional passion for the space.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
