What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global channel and partnerships strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities including technology alliances, resellers, VARs, systems integrators, and OEM relationships.
- Build and manage a tiered partner program that drives engagement, enablement, and revenue performance across all partner segments.
- Own revenue targets for the channel and partnerships organization, delivering predictable and scalable growth.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global channel and partnerships team across multiple regions.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for key strategic partnerships, building C-level relationships and negotiating complex agreements.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in channel development, partnerships, or alliance management in B2B technology companies.
- 7+ years in senior leadership roles with demonstrated success building and scaling global channel programs.
- Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth through indirect channels and partnerships.
- Experience managing multi-jurisdictional teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Strong business acumen with ability to develop and execute strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystem dynamics including SaaS/cloud marketplaces, technology alliances, and channel models.
Nice to have
- Experience in organizations undergoing transformation or high-growth phases.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting software markets.
- Existing relationships within relevant partner ecosystems.
