What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global channel and partnerships strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities including technology alliances, resellers, VARs, systems integrators, and OEM relationships.
  • Build and manage a tiered partner program that drives engagement, enablement, and revenue performance across all partner segments.
  • Own revenue targets for the channel and partnerships organization, delivering predictable and scalable growth.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global channel and partnerships team across multiple regions.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for key strategic partnerships, building C-level relationships with partner organizations.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in channel development, partnerships, or alliance management in B2B technology companies.
  • 7+ years in senior leadership roles with demonstrated success building and scaling global channel programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth through indirect channels and partnerships.
  • Experience managing multi-jurisdictional teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to develop and execute strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystem dynamics including SaaS/cloud marketplaces, technology alliances, and channel models.

  • Knowledge of finance and accounting software markets.
  • Existing relationships within relevant partner ecosystems.
  • Track record of innovation in partner program design and execution.
