What you will do

• Assist in preparation of ART and Solution Train using tools like Program and Solution Kanbans.
• Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• Provide input on resourcing to address bottlenecks.
• Encourage collaboration between teams and architects/engineering.
• Work with Product and Solution Management to align strategy and execution.
• Improve value flow through Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps; facilitate System and Solution Demos.

Requirements

• Advanced English level required.
• Solid experience in similar Scrum Master or Agile roles.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Certifications are desirable.
