Scrum Master

TL;DR

Scrum Master: Driving the Agile transformation within the Europe Technology Team with an accent on embedding agile values, principles, and best practices across cross-functional squads. Focus on facilitating Scrum events, coaching teams on agile methodologies, and improving delivery performance through metrics and collaborative tools.

Location: Must be based in Lisbon (Hybrid model).

What you will do

• Guide and support cross-disciplined squads in adopting agile values and practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to drive a culture shift toward user-centric delivery.
• Measure and track team performance metrics to provide transparency and visibility.
• Coach teams on agile mindset and continuous improvement to increase autonomy.
• Contribute to the broader Agile community of practice to mature lean-agile ways of working.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conflict resolution.
• Experience with agile collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of scaled Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Less, Scrum@Scale).
• Experience implementing dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI.
• Knowledge and experience in applying the OKR framework.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Dutch.
