What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Support QA and development teams in verifying solutions and understanding requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of business analysis techniques and product backlog management.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
