What you will do

  • Lead full sales cycles from discovery to signed contract.
  • Own relationships with CFOs and controllers, understanding their workflows.
  • Refine messaging and develop sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with founding team and other departments.
  • Inform product roadmap and influence company positioning.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/ERP sales.
  • Strong preference for accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4 experience is a major plus).
  • Confidence in selling to CFOs and navigating multi-stakeholder sales.
  • Structured, analytical, and a strong relationship-builder.
  • Excited by the chaos of early-stage work and proactive in bringing order.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $100K – $135K.
  • Commission: $100K - $150K (OTE $200K – $285K; uncapped).
  • Equity: $80K+.
