What you will do
- Lead full sales cycles from discovery to signed contract.
- Own relationships with CFOs and controllers, understanding their workflows.
- Refine messaging and develop sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with founding team and other departments.
- Inform product roadmap and influence company positioning.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/ERP sales.
- Strong preference for accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4 experience is a major plus).
- Confidence in selling to CFOs and navigating multi-stakeholder sales.
- Structured, analytical, and a strong relationship-builder.
- Excited by the chaos of early-stage work and proactive in bringing order.
Benefits
- Base Salary: $100K – $135K.
- Commission: $100K - $150K (OTE $200K – $285K; uncapped).
- Equity: $80K+.
