What you will do
- Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.
- Obtain information related to the profile and assignment of required openings.
- Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates.
- Present candidates to various clients and leads.
- Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to identify farming possibilities.
- Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.
Requirements
- Proven analytical ability and extreme attention to detail.
- Degree in Business, Systems, HR, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
- Advanced English level.
- Desirable: At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
