What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for 4-year degreed engineering positions including Mechanical, Quality, Process, and Design Engineers.
• Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery.
• Source, screen, assess, and market candidates to clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert on applicant tracking systems and sourcing methodologies.
• Maintain high-touch candidate relationship management and responsiveness in client-facing activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting for engineering roles (Mechanical, Quality, Process, Design).
