What you will do

  • Lead client-facing engagements and drive commercial growth with C-level and founder audiences.
  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Sales Practice and scale service offerings.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution and growth alignment.
  • Design and refine sales effectiveness, GTM strategy, and managed services offerings.
  • Ensure delivery excellence and uphold standards for client success.
  • Represent hirify.global Sales as a thought leader in revenue acceleration and sales transformation.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years in sales with 5+ years in sales leadership roles.
  • Experience with sales technology, CRM, and sales automation tools.
  • Proven track record in consultative client engagements and delivering commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a builder mindset.
