What you will do
- Build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with clients at the executive level.
- Create account plans and report on revenue and headcount growth.
- Conduct market research to identify upselling and new business opportunities.
- Proactively seek new leads through referrals, networking, and social media.
- Negotiate and close deals to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Staffing, Sales, and Business Development.
Requirements
- Must be based in Texas, preferably Houston area.
- 8+ years of experience in sales executive, client partner, or engagement manager roles in IT/Tech.
- Experience in customer relationship management and deal closing.
- Previous software engineering experience or IT-related degree is a plus.
