What you will do
- Handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
- Review and filter candidates in the pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.
- Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively.
- Communicate with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
Requirements
- Experience in IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present candidates effectively.
- Advanced level of English.
