Location: Hybrid (Taubaté, Campinas, or Itajubá, Brazil) — Must be in office 3 times per week

What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and market approach.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and professional networking sites.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from ATS screening and evaluation to offer negotiation.
• Coach candidates through the interview process, ensuring they are prepared and well-informed.
• Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines to ensure a consistent slate of qualified candidates.
• Provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics and search status to internal and external leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Must be trilingual (proficiency in three languages).
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be located in or able to commute to Campinas, Itajubá, or Taubaté 3 times per week.
