TL;DR
Trilingual Recruiter (HR): Managing the full recruitment cycle for clients with an accent on sourcing high-quality talent and consultative partnership with hiring leaders. Focus on leveraging Boolean search, managing ATS pipelines, and delivering a premium candidate experience.
Location: Hybrid (Taubaté, Campinas, or Itajubá, Brazil) — Must be in office 3 times per week

What you will do
- Lead job scope meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and market approach.
- Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and professional networking sites.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from ATS screening and evaluation to offer negotiation.
- Coach candidates through the interview process, ensuring they are prepared and well-informed.
- Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines to ensure a consistent slate of qualified candidates.
- Provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics and search status to internal and external leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
- Must be trilingual (proficiency in three languages).
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be located in or able to commute to Campinas, Itajubá, or Taubaté 3 times per week.
