What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage and refine the Product Backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth team progress.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and foster self-organization.
• Promote effective communication within teams and with stakeholders.
• Advocate Agile best practices and maintain a sustainable working environment.

Requirements

• English: Must speak, read, and write English effectively.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Familiarity with software development processes.
• Experience as Scrum Master or managing teams preferred but not required.
• Openness, flexibility, and positive mindset.
