What you will do

  • Build and manage strategic account portfolios and detailed account plans
  • Drive annual contract value growth by qualifying pipeline and closing high-value deals
  • Expand existing customer use cases and influence stakeholder buy-in
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner, Engineering, and Services teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor translating complex business needs into scalable hirify.global solutions

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Germany
  • Demonstrated success in complex SaaS or platform sales
  • Experience managing and expanding enterprise accounts
  • Ability to build C-level relationships and manage long sales cycles
  • Strong grasp of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, and Solution Selling
  • English: Professional verbal and written proficiency required
  • Relocation support and work visa sponsorship are not available

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with hirify.global, Unreal, or XR ecosystems
  • Experience in consulting, solution sales, or system integration
  • Passion for real-time 3D and immersive technology
  • Background or strong understanding of CAD/PLM/CAE systems
  • Mentoring or enablement experience within sales teams
