What you will do

• Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders in managing short- and long-term international assignments.
• Collaborate closely with project worker coordinators and advisors to ensure smooth execution of assignments.
• Manage end-to-end assignment processes, providing advice and support to assignees and their families.
• Partner with external vendors to ensure timely and compliant service delivery and relocation support.
• Participate in projects related to global mobility and international assignments.

Requirements

• Fluent English required; other European languages are a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in global mobility, case management, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong knowledge of international assignment management, immigration, tax, and employment laws.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Tax, Law, or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks and maintaining confidentiality.
