What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, contract preparation, changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems like SuccessFactors and SAP.
• Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools such as Atoss.
• Advise employees and line managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll-related data.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to deliver consistent and compliant HR services.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR administration within an international environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and the employee lifecycle.
• Very good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dutch labor law, administration, and payroll.
• User experience with SuccessFactors and SAP.
