What you will do

• Identify quality risks and drive corrective actions for software development initiatives.
• Lead preparation and analysis of quality metrics and reports across the product line.
• Facilitate QA reviews and support stage gate assessments in product development.
• Manage customer-reported quality concerns and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate and R&D quality teams to share best practices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Krakow, Poland.
• University degree in technical or quality management disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Quality or Software Project/Program Management, including 2 years managerial role.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Very good English skills, both verbal and written.
