What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with Engineering Platforms vision.
• Ensure consistent and efficient execution of software delivery processes across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery plans with strategic objectives.
• Define and track KPIs to measure delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage global teams and establish knowledge exchange and best practices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Lodz, Poland.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in software engineering, product engineering, or organizational management.
• Proven experience in software delivery or operations management in technology or engineering.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and process improvement methodologies.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C2 level).
