What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term profitable partnerships.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product features and quality improvements.
• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored software solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and subject matter experts to prepare RFI/RFQ/RFP documents.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Australia (Lilydale, Perth, Brisbane).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical background with business experience.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in enterprise software for asset management.
• Strong skills in contract negotiation, risk management, and commercial/legal terms.
• Proven ability to engage and present at executive (C-Level) level.
• English proficiency: High-level communication skills required.
