What you will do

• Lead and motivate project teams, allocate tasks, and monitor progress and performance.
• Define project plans including scope, financials, schedule, and risk management.
• Monitor project execution, financials, invoicing, and resource utilization.
• Manage contract and claims in line with company policies and coordinate procurement activities.
• Act as key contact for customers and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Rome, Italy
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Management Engineering.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in complex industrial environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English (B2).
• Outstanding communication skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.
