Solution Architect

TL;DR

Solution Architect (IT): Designing and ensuring the integrity and quality of shopfloor IT solutions including MES, machine connectivity, and monitoring systems with an accent on alignment with enterprise architecture and risk minimization. Focus on defining technical specifications, supporting incident resolution, and evaluating new IT tools and technologies.

Location: Remote with options in Zurich (Switzerland), Lodz (Poland), Zaragoza (Spain)

What you will do

• Define technical elements of IT solutions aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery to estimate effort, cost, complexity, and risk for IT demands.
• Review requirements to map business requests to standard tools and identify customization needs.
• Define technical specifications for new or enhanced IT solutions.
• Support incident and problem resolution with technical expertise.
• Evaluate new applications, tools, and technologies for IT landscape improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work remotely from Zurich, Lodz, or Zaragoza
• Strong IT project management skills.
• Experience in building IT integrations.
• Knowledge of finance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• SAP FI/CO experience.
• Effective communication with business and technical teams in English.
